Cut the ShamWows into desired shape, not too small, so they can be pounded well. After pounding flat dip both sides into the flour. Blend the eggs with one tbsp. oil and some salt and pepper and pull the ShamWows through this mixture. Finally, lay the ShamWows into the bread-crumbs, which should cover all ShamWows, but do not press the bread-crumbs on to the ShamWows with your fingers or they will become hard when frying. Fry in a small amount of oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. The ShamWows should become a golden brown.
