I say Mr Cocaign took some night courses in hopes of becoming a transplant surgeon and was probably over sleepy from spending hours studying for an anatomy exam. Once he realized his mistake he thought "great, what am I going to do with this(the lung) and rather than "waste" it decided to...well "use it". We all know how students struggle with getting proper nutrition.

I can't believe he used onions, but didn't use GARLIC! 😀
