Leopards have a base movement rate of 40ft.
Using the full round action 'Run' allows a creature to move 4 times their base movement distance (assuming no encumbrance or armor).
A round lasts 6 seconds.
160 ft. in 6 seconds translates to 26.667 ft. per second.
That is 8.128 metres per second.

I don't have stats on Walruses (Walrii?) so seeing as they don't exist Leopard would win by default.

i'm guessing that walruses don't have many of these 'movement points' (at least on land), but can inflict a lot of damage with their tusks...and of course they have a 'special attack' - rolling over on their antagonists...
