When I was 15, living near Anchorage Alaska, I was given the
task of burning the trash in the 55 gallon oil drum we used for such.
I had a nice big bag of trash, and am walking to the drum and I
spy this power generator in the neighbors yard with a couple three
gallon can of gasoline nearby. I am thinking, THAT will get this stuff
burning! So off with the can to the trash drum, drop in the trash,
download about a gallon of gasoline inside and knowing SOMETHING
might happen, I duck down next to the drum and drop in a match.
WHOOOOMPH sound comes out and the burning trash is launched like
a grenade launcher up about 100 feet in the air, speading flames
around like a flamethrower! I never ran so fast putting out little fires
for about twenty minutes. Burned the trash real good though....

In Cardiff UK today I was shoked to see in a large shop or supermarket " Christmass decorations" for sale, do you think thats going over the top or what.
the rest of my shopping trip went fairly ok, I spent time in a pub etc, but what a bummer to see xmas stuff for sale in August.
is it the same in America and other parts of the World........
