Light bulbs going on, more than a few this summer. Realizing more than ever the critical importance of every individual's sense of self worth and self esteem, irrespective of age; the fact that we're all flawed works in progress; the foolishness of tack, trim, overly clever repartee; the intrinsic value of resilience and honor in becoming a resourceful clutch team player.

I'm learning I can't be everywhere at once, nor everything to everybody. Self care is vital in my continued effectiveness as a human being.

It is better to light one candle, than to curse the darkness.

Realizing that, historically, lively and entertaining public forums have
