How about a communal poem where every two lines end with rhymes of Camembert and Gorgonzola and into which other cheeses may be introduced at the various poets' discretion?
The wine, the bread, some butter and Camembert
But the cashier sensed sadness: no companion there to share
She slipped into his bag a mini sized Gorgonzola
And upon its rind her number was writ there wholly...
