An internet link to a cheap place to stay which is relative close to the meeting place would be very helpful then.

Ashlee House is a very nice hostel next to King Cross train station. Angie88 and shavixmir will vouch for it I'm sure.
But the people were nice, beds were fine, cheap price, central location... go for it!
