Yeah... you'll probably be able to recognise them by the fact that they're playing chess...

Right. I've booked my bus (65 euros for the hellish trip of a life time).

Now all I need is a hostel. I know the one at King's Cross, it's quite good. But does anyone know if it's actually anywhere near the pub we're meeting up at (thinking about how I'm going to get back to it, since I can't remember how I got back to it last time).

All information, except the blatantly obvious (that's my thing) is welcome.

By the way. I'll be arriving on the Friday morning (VERY early). So anyone, except Freddie who stood me up, is welcome to join me for breakfast.

OK, that's it official.

I land in London at 1pm, on Friday the 28th March.

Just looking for the address of whatever accomadation people usually use. A web address for booking would be perfect.

This is easy. When you hear a collective gasp from the ladies, I have entered the room. Still unsure? Put a Stella on the bar. He who picks it up... that is I.

Your helpfulness knows no bounds. If you ever decide to come over to Ireland, i only hope i can be so helpful. 😛

Seriously, trying to find a hotel website with Marylebone as a search option is a drag . I've found the perfect place (the Kings arms hotel), but finding a way to book online is proving to be a pain in the junk.

So do we have a checklist of people who will be there now? I am going to probably make an appearence but not sure what time I will go back.

Right.
It looks like "Ashlee House on the Grays Inn Road", near King's Cross / St. Pancras is as close, cheap and as good as it gets.

If you look at the central "white zone" on the map, you'll find King's Cross at the top right. Slide your finger to the left and voila... there's Edgeware road where the pub is.
And for people, like me, arriving a day early, it's dead centre of town!

There's a price discrepancy I'm looking into, I'll let you all know when they reply!
