Edgeware road is the closest. Are you coming down on Saturday or friday ?

I know i get the train to Victoria station, then the circle line to Edgeware road. I have a print of the map, and i'm waiting on confirmation of my room at a place within walking distance. I think i'll just stay local for the time i'm there, so i won't be dealing with all of london.
