How come 1 move takes about 3 hours? It's really boring...
I wanna play not wait for 1 move. Why don't the opponents make up
their mind? I mean I don't blame for some of the last move when
your in check but it happens on the first move too.

Yes, sometimes that can be frustrating.

But then this is a correspondence-style chess site, not live-action style
site. 3 hours is actually stunningly fast for here. If you notice under
your "timeout" time limits, move time limits are 7, 14, or 21 DAYS
here.
If you want semi-live games here, best advertise that in your
challenge/invite on move one. "Quick" games can be done, but the
site is not really built for it. For instance, you have to constantly
refresh your browser window to see if your opponent has moved yet.
I'm sure folks here hope you stay to try this different style of playing
(slower, yes, but that allows pondering as deep as you want), but if it
is really live games you want, you might have better luck at some
other sites. I think some other folks here also play at them and could
give you directions to them.

Or...become a pawnstar and then you can have hundreds of games
going simultaneously - always a move in SOME game to be made.

Gamecolony.com is a real time chess site. You can set game limit as
low as one minute per game. I've played there. It's fun. I still prefer
Red Hot Pawn. Hope this helps you.
