@Drewnogal saidLoss of height is due less to poor posture than to shrinkage of the natural buffers between vertebrae. However, what I have lost in height, I have gained in circumference. As a frequent poster to the forums often exclaims, "it's not FAAAAAiiiiiiiRRR !"
