ok, first I know some people are thinking that this should be in the clan thread, but I'm looking for somebody that's not in a clan yet, so I figured this might be a good place to start.
My clan is one of the best up and coming clans on RHP. already passing many of the clans on the points list. My clan is filled with people who work with each other (not during games, but to improve general chess play), enjoy the concept of team chess, and are an all around good group of guys (no girls as of yet). Our clan prides itself on improvement and also fast play (unless there is a vacation, you rarely see somebody from my clan even need a reminder sent to them).
What we are looking for is one or two 1700+ players in our clan. This is so we can balance out a little more with some other clans that have a Fival or a Mephisto2. This is not only good for our clan, but for those players on other clans, who probably get stuck playing somebody with a rating 300 points or more below them, and might find the game a little boring.
This is not to say that we aren't excited about any new members to our clan, regardless of rating. As long as you play often, and are polite, friendly and ethical, then you would be welcome in our clan. Simply I want to balance out the clan from top to bottom.

You will find that we communicate well (although I know my spelling isn't always the best), and I try to make sure that nobody has too many games, or to few games based on their desires.
