Try this!
Bacon and Banana Toasted Sandwiches.
Roast your bacon..... fat juices running into grill.
Slice bananas length ways, about 3mm thick.
Bread toaster required - like a Boxer's one.
Bread with a little butter.... place bacon and layer on top banana slices to cover bread suitably, as you desire.
Bread on top, as per lower layer......
Close lid and time for 1 min 30 secs or more.... or how you like your bread browned.
mmmmmmmmmm. Yummy.

Just add pineapple and you can put it on a skewer as it easier to hold together. 😀 😛
