You deliberately used the word "pervert" to create subliminal connotations of someone with sexual perversion, by referencing the verb definition of the word. Considering everyone knows that a pervert (noun) is someone who is perverted (verb) sexually.
Therefore, what you did goes under a 3(c) violation. You accused someone of being sexually perverted without it being justified, that is harassment.
EDIT: It also twists words far more than Nordlys has ever done.
