Yes it is, because your 'FMF was thrown off the Debates Forum' riff is something false that you simply made up. So the "running joke" ~ i.e. two or three people mention it every now and then ~ is a joke "at your expense" because it bears witness to the fact that you are sometimes 'economical with the truth'.

Another example is your often-repeated fabricated riff about how I've supposedly had "hundreds of subscribers" banned from the forums just "for disagreeing with [me]".

If anyone were to repeat that daft nonsense, it would be a joke at your expense too.
