@eladar saidYou are sidestepping my between-the-eyes response to the thing you are trying to riff on. It's as if you don't want to talk about the ideas you raise, like with your disastrous "Educators" thread recently.
@FMF
What do you know. No answer. Typical bozo response.
If you believe Corporal Klinger had a mental disorder, then so be it. If you are saying that the U.S. Army threw people out of the army if they thought they had mental disorders, then all you are saying is something akin to bears poo in the woods. Was Klinger thrown out of the army? No, he wasn't. Someone with a mental disorder might or might not wear dresses.
What would be your reason to make a show with the Klinger plotline in it in 2020?
What point would you see yourself as making?
@eladar saidGiven contemporary norms and attitudes, what commercial model of TV production and advertising revenue would "allow" you to place the attitude to Corporal Klinger and the U.S. Army ~ that you have in 2020 ~ to be a viable TV series?
Would a show be allowed today where a man wearing dresses is considered a mental disorder?
@eladar saidShow me then.
Yes you did, but now it is done.
Only 7 posts of mine to examine.
Show me or concede you are wrong.

Ok bozo
@wolfgang59 saidLOL!
Don't you dare dis "Dad's Army"!
Brits laughing at themselves done with a smidgen of respect.
Great writing and some excellent performances!
All done with wondrous 1970's self-reflective cheek.

-Removed-Since you are a typical bozo too, I can see why you do not like it being called out.
Once a person has been given a chance to answer a question, but the person side steps the question to argue something else, the person is a bozo.
If the person is not a bozo, the person will simply not respond to the question at all.
But being a bozo is so much more self entertaining.
