I'm going for it!! And I would really like you to help me! Just send me a game with the title "MAP of the month", or something like that.
I don't care what color I am, but please make the game unrated. The T/O can be anything but 3 days. Thanks.

Hasn't MAP of the Month been cancelled yet?

No offence, but asking for the games top be unrated makes it sound like you think you won't be doing as well as usual and therefore your rating would take a hit. Will you be trying to win these games, or just moving as fast as possible?

a) I'll be playing blitz
b) later this month I'll be gone for about 10 days..people will time me out and I don't want all those T/Os to affect my rating

OK, I take your answer. There is a difference between playing blitz and movng for the sake of it, so I'll take it that you are playing to win. One further question though - how do you plan to get MOTM if you're away for a third of the month?

if you look at the recent MAPOTM winners, some of them got soo far ahead of all the other people, they left, and still won! Thats my plan 🙂

Cool. I've found out that you meet a lot of really nice people when you are going for MAP of the month.. Its nice to know that there are more nice people than just the people that post in the forums.
