So I was gitting an oil change for my car and i came across in the Fresno Bee News paper: CHESS CHAMPION WILL PLAY PUBLIC IN CLOVIS. Former U.S. Open Chess Champion (((Enrico Sevillano))) will be in Clovis on Saturday afternoon to play chess against local residents. The event will start at 1 p.m. in the community room of sierra Vista Mall. Games cost $25 (includes Fresno chess Membership) in advance or $30 at the door. The first 20 players younger than 18 will be able to play for $15. Players should bring a standard Staunton style chess set and board.
