Yes, I agree, one cant stoop lower than a looter....especially during a natural disaster. I can see in a blackout, buy not a natural disaster. All looters should be shot on sight anyway, not to kill them, but just in the lower groin area. Yes, disable their sex life.
What if they're just starving and thirsty ? Lots of these people aren't walking off with TV's and DVD players . They just want drinkable fluid and clean canned food that won't poison them . They've been without food and water for close to two days now .
