Rooibos...drink it black (or red)...don't add milk or sugar...I like it on hot days, when the idea of milky tea or coffee is unbearable but I still can't bring myself to drink plain water.
What is the hype based on? Supposedly it destroys free radicals or something. Any interesting (African?) advertising images?
Maybe "hype" is an exaggeration, but the only tea and coffee shop in town has been praising it as "miracle tea" for weeks now, you see it a lot in health food stores, and I think I have seen more than one article about it in magazines or brochures. There's also a book about it, I think. It seems to contain a lot of healthy stuff and is probably good for your stomach, immune system, concentration, skin, mood, hair growth, sex, and chess skills. I can't remember any advertising images.
