If someone is "banned from the site", can they still access pms?
It is possible to send them to them - I checked.

They wouldn't really be 'banned from the site' if they could still log into it and check their messages...

True - it just seems strange that you can send them messages still.

Whereas if you send them a game, doesn't it give you an error message or something?

Well, I just tried it and the game went through fine.

As far as I'm aware, Russ and Chris never delete any accounts from the database they just block access to them, so it makes sense that you can still send games and messages. Maybe it's something they'll fix in the future to bounce back a "they've been banned message".
