I'll say it to myself, since you are obsessed with intentionally misrepresenting the incident, and won't live it down.

Would Ghost need to chastise me for complimenting his wife's hand strokes for her style of painting? I mean, to use an analogy for others' wives' talents, and in this case, compare my wife's strokes to his?

I would also ask Ghost if he's familiar with the Chiaroscuro technique in painting a picture? And if not, I would proceed to say to him that Chiaroscuro is an art technique that involves the use of strong contrasts between light and dark to create a sense of volume and to model three-dimensional objects and figures. This technique is not only used in painting but also in cinema, black and white, and low-key photography.
