If a parent treated their children like God treats his children DCF would take them away.

What kind of parent makes their child beg for daily bread?

What kind of parent expects children to praise them for no other reason than doing what a parent should do?

What kind of parent wants the neighbors dead if they don't think like they do?

What kind of parent puts temptations and dangers if front of their child with only a warning?

The list goes on.

I'd also like to add it doesn't say much for the human race if they need to be rewarded with eternal life and threatened with eternal punishment just to make the right decisions in life. People should want to make the right decisions of their own volition because making others happy should make them happy.

Need any man be told right from wrong?

This might make some sense if we were actual children, but most of us are adults with Free Will, not children.

We're quite responsible for our own choices. Children are not.

BIG difference.

Are you kidding?

In this world with different rules for the rich and for the poor, do you really have to ask this?

Bit of an assumption that people do not know right from wrong just because they do wrong. People who murder, steal, and cheat etc know it's wrong but do it anyway, it's not rocket science, or a spiritual mystery, it's just us.

It all depends on whose interpretation and religion you listen to.

For instance, my God, doesn't want you to beg for anything or even pick a side.
There is no eternal damnation other than what you experience in life.
But, if you are happy to do wrong things then God is happy to kick your arse.
And even if you don't do wrong things, you may get an arse kicking because it is your turn.

Need proof?
