Is it me or just this site?
It is part of a private grouped domain paid for by the users, mostly businesses. It is widely used to put off unwanted traffic where data transfer and privacy is an important part of business. As you may have experienced, unless you know what you are doing or know what it is for, it is likely you have not proceeded past that point Hence, job done. 🙂
