I know the site has several "greeters" - my grand daughter was "greeted" when she joined.

I know also that some of the oldies / original members here are moderators; what qualifies a member as a moderator - just curious?

I think there won't be a reply in an open Forum, there has been discussion about Moderators and their decisions way back.

I imagine they have a skillset that aids the development/management of the site.

Oh, I was greeted when I joined the site alright.

But being greeted by the forum regulars back then wasn't necessarily a 'happy' moment.
