US Population 295 million. An average of 15% of them are disabled. This means that there are million disabled costing tax payers a minimum average of $100.00 per month this is $52 billion per year. The least we can do is give them some monkeys to ease the burden. Better yet you could subsidize the income of poor families by forcing their children to act as monkey slaves to the handicapped.

Better: disabled helpers for the monkeys.

Helps adjust the problem of long-term worklessness among the disabled and allows us to keep an eye on the monkeys.

Monkeys and disabled conspiring? I'm very concerned by this revelation. Together they would be more than the equal of a regular human. It only a matter of time before you see handicapped/monkey teams fighting in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
