Did you check the box showing you read the Privacy Policy or the ToS or whatever it is?


My problem was that apparently I have an account there, but forgot my password. When I had them send me a link to check on it, the email never arrived in my email. So unless I can glean my pw, I can't access either.

The solution was to write your date of birth the American way - month first.

When you weren't getting the next button it was because your DOB was invalid even though you get no message from the site?!

The date box has "mm/dd/yyyy", so I never thought anyone would get that wrong.

Embarrassing, but I guess writing your date of birth is such an automatic process that you don't really look. 😳

I have to admit that if the situation were reversed, I'd probably do the very same thing.
