More anoying than ATM monkeys

People who can't drive properly.

There should be two classes of driving licience
1) for normal competent confident sensible road users, and
2) for all the other idiots that get into the rush hour every day and can't get the whole clutch/accelerator thing going at a busy roundabout, so you get a mile of road rage backing up while they attemp to pull out - but stop suddenly - cos there was a car within 100 yards of them, causing the other poor git behind them to nearly pile int their boot whilst expecting them to pull out....useless in the extreme!!😠

Roundabouts are one of the greatest systems on the road for reducing accidents, and the whole point of them is to slow traffic and bring what is normally 'fast moving' traffic to an intermittent 'stop' in rush hour.
