But thanks to the info gained from my lovely job - 5 London phone exchanges have just gone, all 0208 numbers at exactly the same time!

O no! I had'nt heard let me get the news on, and we'll pray for the best...
Anyway, there have been no casualties reported so far. We'll have to wait and see the outcome.
And... www.sky.com/skynews is much better and faster than bbc,

Originally posted by Freddie2004No for goodness sake. Remember 9/11 - then there was Richard Reed the imcompetent shoe bomber. This is the same. They used what amounts to fireworks to make some bangs and panic people. This was an amateur operation by idiots who are more dangerous to themselves than anyone else. Don't get worried about it. It's more likely to be a prank than a terrorist attack.
explosion on a bus in hackney as well....this in my opinion is now definatly a terrorist attack. there are too many similarities with 7/7 for this to be an accident. good luck to all in london. apparently no casualties which is very good, but it makes you think...will there be more??
