I am drinking some SLO foglifter, what about you?

What is that? Sounds like something one would put in a car.

I have a special power breakfast when I am working and in a hurry - it is three painkillers, two caffine tablets and two tablespoons of sugar washed down with a nice pint of luke warm water (dont want it too cold in the morning).

ah, the breakfast of champions. but why not wash it down with Coke? do you know the kinds of things fish do in water? it doesn't bear thinking about.

Usually I'll down a litre of fruit juice and the 2 or 3 espressos, whilst at the same time trying to stuff an Atkin's bar or a ham/cheese sandwich down my throat.

That is alot in your mouth at one time. You must have quite a deep throat.

Being raised in the deep South (U.S.), no morning is complete for me without a can or two of Coke. Over ice, please.
