What is that? Sounds like something one would put in a car.

I have a special power breakfast when I am working and in a hurry - it is three painkillers, two caffine tablets and two tablespoons of sugar washed down with a nice pint of luke warm water (dont want it too cold in the morning).

Usually I'll down a litre of fruit juice and the 2 or 3 espressos, whilst at the same time trying to stuff an Atkin's bar or a ham/cheese sandwich down my throat.
