Here is one idea....who says that they don't? It seems to me that all problems that any community have minus natural disasters are caused by the inhabitants. If their community would work together would they not have it easier?

Just a quick question......Is helping those that are near to you, that you know, that you love, the same as helping nameless faces in third world countries?
