remember the Kyoto treaty ( big about 15 years ago ). an early climate treaty which exempted both India and china from the rules.

I've been to 3 of those cities, including Hanoi, surprised it's at the top. The air quality in Bangkok for example is much worse and it's not even listed?
Also very surprised about Yangon, it's not a massive city, maybe dirty but polluted?
