Alright, having boned up on the rules, here is my quote.
"No, no, don't do that, don't do that. If you shoot him, you'll just make him mad."
-Fatty
"I have so much strength in me, you have no idea. I have a love in my life. It makes me stronger than anything you can imagine. I would say 'that's that', Mattress Man."

Punch Drunk Love... and I wouldn't call it an independent film.
Watchin' football, don't have time to think of a quote 😉

This one may have been too hard to get, cause it's not a line many people really pick up on. Well meh, I'll just do another one:
"I AM big. It's the pictures that got small."
ah! I see I am way behind!
I will throw out a new one since everyone is watching football and too busy to post
"We are gonna need a bigger boat."
an easy one!
Originally posted by kcamsThe Thing, easy one. Here's a quote from a movie that was inspired by The Thing:
here's one from the film i'm watching now.
"Somebody in this camp ain't what he appears to be. Right now that may be one or two of us. By spring, it could be all of us."
"Guess what? I think I'm parked in a red zone."
You're both right, and yes, it was inspired by The Thing by the way of dialogue. In The Thing, none of the characters are completely sure that they can trust each other, cause any of them could be infected. Well, in Reservoir Dogs, the characters aren't sure who to trust cause one of them might be a 'rat'. The Thing is even mentioned by Mr. Orange when he's talking to his officer friend.
Anyways, way to go both of you! 😉
"Now, children, come on over here. I'm going to tell you a bedtime story. Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin. Once upon a time, there lived a magnificent race of animals that dominated the world through age after age. They ran, they swam, and they fought and they flew, until suddenly, quite recently, they disappeared. Nature just gave up and started again. We weren't even apes then. We were just these smart little rodents hiding in the rocks. And when we go, nature will start over. With the bees, probably. Nature knows when to give up, David."
a long quote but a great film
