Seeing as we've got various movie threads going, here's another one. I've walked out of two movies in my life. The first was Dune because I thought it was absolute rubbish and I've read the book about five times. The second was Once We Were Warriors - not because it was bad, but it was so gritty and depressing I couldn't handle it anymore. I wanted to slash my wrists, so went to the pub and had a meal and a couple of drinks instead.

I walked out of "Hurly Burly" because it was the biggest load of garbage I had ever seen, at the time. Obviously.

Never walked out of a movie before. Every bad movie these days at least has the mathmatical odds of having nudity at some point... Kinda regret not bolting on Scooby-Doo and Kangaroo Jack, though....

Your chance of nudity in Scooby Doo is absolutely zero. However, with young kids, I've seen it several times and it's quite fun. They like it.

Which is why I used the word 'regret'.

LOL. Why in the living hell would you even go to those movies in the first place?!?! I figured you of all people would have some kinda pre-emptive sense of when a movie will be bad...

I love movies, my friend. Every movie I watch has a chance of being good, so why not? Sure, everyone hates Scooby Doo and Kangaroo Jack, but mostly everyone hates Blair Witch Project, which has already been mentioned here by your sweetheart Nyxie, and I absolutely adore that movie, so meh. But both movies definitely could've used a boob or two, I won't lie...

Edit: or maybe they coulda paid reference to Total Recall and made it three.... THAT woulda been cool...

The Cat in the Hat....same as above.
Hide and Seek...knew who the killer was before the end, so I left. Horrible movie.

A boob? That would be a pretty weird movie. If a movie only had one boob, it would only get one thumb up from me.
