I thought "Taken" was a great film, with Liam Neeson. Saw it on the plane to Canada back in May, I was VERY tempted to watch it again on the same flight!!

I saw The Hangover recently too. For all the blokes who have been married or a best man you can definately relate to this film! I went to Vegas last New Year so was familiar with some of the hotels they where in especially the Hard Rock!!

Perhaps milk was his favorite drink and thought everyone else thought so too. After all, milk might have been one staple hard to come by in wartime.

Perhaps he was haunted by the memory of "the one that got away" and so offered milk to every girl who was of a proper age to be that girl, hoping for a reaction to give her away.
Those guys where like the highest people around there, they could order anything for them, or thier guests.

I was also thinking about the second option you gave. Think that might be it๐Ÿ™‚

"so, throats being slit, knives carving swastikas in foreheads, numerous shootings, heads being beaten in with baseball bats, machine gunning everyone in one room, a fire killing hundreds, etc. wasn't brutal enough for you?"
I think there was only one baseball bat cracking a skull? Not plural๐Ÿ™‚
And yes, I was expecting more:p

it was okay. sort of small and subtle one. can't really touch no country for old men, but not many movies can. it was okay. and naturally miles ahead your average hollywood film, but that's given for a coen bros movie.
