BTW, The Shining, Alien Quadriliogy (Got the box-set for my birthday...ah!), Bad Boys 2, Pulp Fiction, Resevoir Dogs (First time I threw up on a couch...), Japanese Story (Dunno if anyone else saw this...hmph.) Donnie Darko and Every trilogy ever made, but mostly Indiana Jones, Star Wars (New and Old Testament...er, I mean Series. Yes!) LotR, and that's all I can thinks of.

And the American version of the RING was crap.

The War with Kevin Costner and Elijah Wood is my all time favorite movie. It just makes me think about life.

Movies I love that make you think and that you can watch over and over again and get something else out of it- 12 Monkeys, Memento, Fight Club...

And other odd movies I love for various reasons-
Rounders (Love the game, the characters, the whole dang thing), Young Guns I and II (Characters are great, and I'm from Albuquerque originally 🙂),
LOTR of course,
Desperado (love Quentin's joke!) and now Once Upon a Time in Mexico,
Quentin Tarantino movies,
Braveheart, Hamlet with Mel Gibson (awesome performance)...

Okay, I'll just stop there or I'd end up going on forever-

ncrosby🙂

John Wayne's The Alamo came out in 1960! Are you referring to the new movie on the Alamo due out next month?

Desperado (love Quentin's joke!) and now Once Upon a Time in Mexico,
i watched Once upon a time in mexico and being a big despardo fan thought it would be brilliant, but by the end i could not wait to get it over with. JD was it's only saving grace (2/10).

I thought Once Upon a Time in Mexico was very entertaining .... I thought Antonio Banderas and Depp did good jobs ... good music... and Salma Hayek is always a plus .....

Also .... the DVD has an 8 minute cooking lesson by the director. He makes Puerco Pibil, the pulled pork dish that Depp's character eats every day. He has to kill the cook because his dish is so good, he will forever be dissapointed by others.
