I have an itunes track i want to put to a video i made....how can i turn it into a format i can use?

I burned the track onto a disc,then ripped it as an MP3.

Sounds like the waste of a disc, google gave me about 32.200.000 hits in 0,23 seconds:p

How do i save screen shots? I know there's a way, but i cant remember.

Go to your burn settings in iTunes and change it to "burn as mp3". Then burn it onto a CD.

To save screenshots, hit "print screen" on your keyboard. Then paste the screenshot into your photo editing software and crop out the parts you don't want.

alt + print screen - copies the current window
ctrl + print screen - copies the whole desktop space.

See rbmorris' post - ctrl+v in paint will do most times...

Gadwin printscreen lets you choose a rectangle area on the screen and where you want to save it to in whichever format you want.
Free of course.
