I think he should only be allowed to bowl 10 overs per innings. Particularly on a wicket where an English spinner can get 5 fer...

The ICC study revealed that all bowlers have some sort of bend in the arm therefore all bowlers must be chuckers. 15 degree is what the rule says and he is obviously in that bracket.
