If you have large quantities of acid, that's a disposal solution too. I've heard that a large vat of coca cola will dissolve a human body too, but I'm not sure about that one.

Coke would dissolve a human body if left long enough as it is acidic. However it would take a long time and require a large amount of it.

Wow, I just realized I would probably get banned for some of this stuff cause it would almost be encouraging bio-terrorism or something. So lets leave it at a classic method:

Edit #2: Also you should do your own canning, leave a few marked jars dirty/ improperly sealed. Try to get a good crop of botulism (C. botulinum since you want to be a doctor) going. You can knock off that annoying person and then have a few jars of good home-made jam or something on the side. Just make sure to keep track of which ones were well cleaned and sealed.

There's an old case in the UK where a confidence trickster used to get old women to leave their wealth to him and murder them and put them in baths of sulphuric acid. He was caught out becuase their gold teeth didn't dissolve and they could be matched by dental records.
If you want to untracably kill someone then get them into a lime production plant, or go for botulism poisoning or some such. The trick isn't technology it is creating the illusion in the minds of the authorities that no crime has been committed.
