I remember that!!

Lars said, "One thing the fans can count on; Metallica will never sell out. We'll never make a video for Mtv or anything like that."

Of course, that was a very different band. Back then, they were heavy metal. Today, they're just "alternative."

I wonder how people can listen to music with words while playing chess; it seems like the lyrics would interfere with my concentration (which is poor to begin with!). I think jazz or classical would be better. Or forget about music completely and put in that book-on-tape of How to Think Like a Grandmaster!
