Go to upper right Icon where the arrow is pointing down, hit that, then go to Blocked Players, click on that and type in person you want blocked. As I said I don't know if it works for in game chats.

There aren’t many here who wouldn’t be ‘refuted’ by TheBigKat.

I played him once when I was ChessPraxis. He offered a draw early, I declined and lost. I had draws vs several notable players over the years. But few wins against well knowns.
