My forum talk show

I'm going to run a forum talk show. I need someone willing to be my producer. The producer will be in charge of booking my special guests, and should also be willing to back up everything I say and be a real "Yes Man".

I'll also need a band, headed by a very charismatic person. They don't need to always back me up... that way the show stays 'fresh'.

Next, I'll need some dancers between segments.

I will also need some writers to work in the background. People willing to give creative monologs and get little credit for their work.
