the father of judit polgar trained her in chess to put her hands under her butt while learning serious chess. this way she would not move emotionally and would only move a piece when she had looked carefully at the board...and only then would she take her hand from under her butt and make a move....TRY THIS..and maybe one day you will play me and win...
