I think he say's and has said some things that are way out-of-line. I think he does it because he is insecure and constantly looking for approval. I've found him at times to be very thoughtful and erudite.

The thing is he makes fun of the wrong people at inappropriate times. Like the infamous "Metallica casues cancer" quip.
For me, I'm against anyone who attacks the weak. [EDIT: This line is intended as a separate thought and does not relate to the sentence above. It is in no way meant to imply that Cancer patients are weak. Or that anyone, with a life threatening illness, is weak. Anyone inferring such a statement from this post is mis-reading my intention.]
