I studied the Pirc for a summer with my chess team in high school.

Too bad I've forgotten most of it.

My go-to is the Sicilian Dragon. It's more well-known and so I've been thrashed using that as well.

Are you serious? Look at a Pirc position and a dragon position and what do you get? The same fianchetto and knight placement. Damn near close babe. Ya whites set up is different but blacks set up is the same.
