Cheers for the headsup. I didn't even know I had sieges waiting. Both started now.
The siege system needs a little tweaking, I think. And I think Russ agrees.
Firstly, players should be notified when they can start a game. When you're next in line, U have to keep checking the sieges page to see when its your turn.
Secondly, there should be a way to exit a siege, if you don't want to defend a board any more.
Thirdly, some kind of system to boot people who don't start games should be implemented. This might not be so important if people were aware that it is their turn to play.

You don't get a message when you have a game due?
I signed up to queue months and months ago. I can't even remember the timeout period, but it was before timebanks because it seems to have expanded since then.
How do I found out which board I am queueing for?
EDIT: Found it! Blue board, 7 day Timeout:
7 Varg 1574 14 Feb '05 16:06 05 Jan '04 15:14
Jan '04!! That is a long queue - I'm still 7th in line!

I thought as much: I think the problem here is a lack of knowledge that the games are due to be stared. The siege thing really needs to send a reminder (by IM: who reads their RHP emails?) or automatically, but those are issues for the site idea forums.
Fingers crossed Dilrajitsingh, his family and friends escaped the Tsunami, though its hard to think that anyone in that region is not suffering either directly or indirectly.
