ive read that a satallite internet connections average download deal is 600k but it doesnt say whether its 600KB/S or 600KB/M

can someone help me

I would assume per second.. 600K/Minute would be slower than dialup

edit.. and, its probably kb, not KB (kilobits, not kilobytes)

On average you can get a 500/100kbps downstream/upstream with Satellite Broadband.

It's expensive and VERY unreliable though, I stongly advise NOT getting it. xDSL Broadband is far better.
