No disrespect to Leonard Cohen or the Cowboy Junkies, but is Neil Young the greatest musician to come out of Canada, or what? I just found a long-lost NY CD, been playing it all afternoon: Ohio, Soldier, Old Man, Needle and the Damage Done, Cortez the Killer, Like a Hurricane, Heart of Gold...stop me, someone...😀

Perhaps he is the most inconsistent musician ever to come out of Canada...?

I would nominate two others: Joni Mitchell (at least in her early albums) and Gordon Lightfoot. 😉

My vote goes to Joni Mitchell and her early albums.
Wonderful music and meaningful lyrics.

Rush has had quite a few good songs over the years.

A friend of mine once told me that Neil Young's voice reminded him of a cat in a food processor ...

maybe that'll stop you ...

Isn't cruelty to animals one of the signs that someone might be serial killer?!😲😲😲😲😲😲😲

Apparently, studies have shown that possession of multiple mutilated corpses is closely correlated to serial killer status.

i guess that would be grounds for suspicion all right. but the absence of mutilated bodies doesn't clear someone of suspicion - what if Jeffrey Dahmer had had time to munch his way through all his victims.
there's a big serial killer trial going on here in Australia - actually i think it just ended. the killers stashed the bodies (i think there were 11 or 12) in some barrels in a disused bank vault in a small town. the case is known as the 'Snowtown murders'

cruelty to animals (as a child) is the first. Also, severe physical, mental, or\and sexual abuse (that is also a sign of MPD, multiple personality disorder). I knew the others, but my mind just went blank. 😕 I'll have to look up the rest and let you know.

I remembered a couple. Studies show that serial killers are always male (there's never been an accounted case of a female serial killer). Also, and don't quote me, but I believe all recorded serial killers have been caucasion. Strange.😕
