1. I've already mentioned you should spell check before uploading text.
2. There's way too many advertisments and it distracts from your own work.
3. I don't see any changes in your site from the previous post in which you mentioned it. Which (or as you spell it: Witch) leads me to believe you're just trying to get hits for your page...which is really quite pathetic.
4. I'd centralise the page name and make your menu more prominant.
I do like that the content frame remains on all pages, that makes navigating easy.
Originally posted by jeff333I'd use webspace from your provider, if you've got that. That's generally advertisment free.
thinks for the hint. the only this is that i've only been working on this site for about 3 days now.
Otherwise Geocities. They have great uploading tools and their advertisments are minimalised.
When you're making a webpage it's important to gear it towards a goal. Make it very clear what the page is about. Don't do too much.
This is my webpage:
http://home.wanadoo.nl/mtenberge/
You'll notice I've went for a single goal (photos). You'll also notice, if you've got a 15 inch monitor or if your monitor is set smaller than 1024x768 pixels, that the page sucks. You have to scroll from left to right. That's never good.
It's okay to scroll up and down, never from left to right.
I should warn people what the setting is. Some of my pictures need to be viewed quite large to get the full impression of them, so it was a tough call: A website for all to view or decent sized pictures.
Think what you want to do and who's gonna be looking at it. Gear your site towards the audience.
