Also I think people need 'new beginnings', I mean we wake up on 1st January the same twit that we fell asleep as, and the world hasn't got any better overnight, but the idea that it's a new year and we can try to do better this time has some value, I think.

To answer Suzianne's question, we'll be just the two of us, (myself and she who is most beloved) since a certain virus has prevented us from seeing anybody else. Still, it only takes two people to have a party....
